DJ CAMPBELL’S fruitful loan spell at Ipswich Town continued on Saturday, with the R’s front-man notching his sixth goal of the campaign against Bolton Wanderers.
Campbell opened the scoring from the spot, as Mick McCarthy’s men moved up to 20th with a 2-1 win at the Reebok Stadium.
Elsewhere in the Championship, Rob Hulse played the full 90 minutes and was booked, as 13th placed Charlton Athletic shared the spoils with Millwall.
Troy Hewitt’s Bury draw 1-1 with Southend United in their FA Cup second round tie at Gigg Lane.
Hewitt was felled for the Shakers penalty which Matt Doherty converted, but the Shrimpers fought back to force a replay.
Meanwhile, Angelo Balanta played 66 minutes as MK Dons left it late to book their place in round three at the expense of AFC Wimbledon.
Karl Robinson’s men will travel to Hillsborough – the home of Sheffield Wednesday – in round three.
