Four QPR players in international action over the coming days

FOUR QPR players could be in international action for their respective nations over the coming days.

New Zealand captain Ryan Nelsen led his country to a 2-0 victory over New Caledonia in a 2014 World Cup Qualifier this morning (Friday), where first-half goals from Shane Smeltz and Chris Wood won it for the All Whites.

Nelsen is also likely to be involved when New Zealand host the Solomon Islands in another qualifying match on Tuesday.

Elsewhere, Jamie Mackie is also in line to feature in World Cup qualifying fixtures for Scotland, who host Serbia tomorrow before also welcoming Macedonia to Hampden Park on Tuesday.

New signing Stephane Mbia could start for Cameroon when they travel to Cape Verde tomorrow, in what is a qualifying match for the 2013 African Nations Cup.

Adel Taarabt, meanwhile, may also feature for Morocco, who also have a qualifying fixture for the same competition against Mozambique on Sunday.
