R’S FIRST team coach Joe Jordan insists the magnitude of Saturday’s trip to Villa Park cannot be underestimated.
Back-to-back wins against Southampton and Sunderland in recent weeks has created a huge buzz around Loftus Road, as Harry Redknapp’s men prepare for yet another crucial Barclays Premier League clash – this time against a Villa side embroiled in a similar scrap for survival towards the foot of the table.
Rangers are currently four points adrift of Paul Lambert’s side, but know avoiding defeat at Villa Park this weekend will do their survival chances the power of good.

, Jordan said: "It's a huge game for both of us.
"Our result was the most important thing for us last weekend, as it was for Villa as well.
"We've both had major lifts in recent weeks by beating teams who are down there, like we did at Southampton and they did at Reading.
"It's a big game - you can't underestimate just how important it is for both teams.
"It's big because of our positions and the fact we can each directly affect one of our rivals.
"We're quite fortunate that, in the run-in to the end of the season, we play a few of the teams around us.”
