QPR LADIES return to familiar surroundings in August after extending their stay at Uxbridge FC for a second successive season.
Rangers remain at Honeycroft – home to Uxbridge since 1948 – as Martino Chevannes' side take their place in the 12-strong South East Women's Combination League following relegation last term.
The stadium played host to 13 women's games in all competitions last term including the R’s thrilling extra-time Middlesex Senior Cup final with London rivals Barnet.
“The facilities at Uxbridge FC are second to none,” Ladies boss Martino Chevannes told www.qpr.co.uk, “and they provide us with a brilliant playing surface throughout the season.
“Everybody at the club has made us more than welcome since we arrived, where we have been extremely well looked after.
“They’ve helped publicise the team, taking a real interest in QPR Ladies including fans turning out on the terraces to support us on Sundays.
“We’re looking forward to playing at Honeycroft again next season. Hopefully we can give a better account of ourselves on the field.”
Alan Holloway, Uxbridge FC chairman, added: "We are very pleased to welcome back QPR Ladies for a second successive season at Honeycroft.
"We are delighted that QPR Ladies feel “at home” here and are so appreciative of our facilities, which we in turn are pleased to provide.
"We wish them every success in the forthcoming 2013/14 season and once again look forward to welcoming the R's fans to our ground."
2013/14 fixtures for the South East Women's Combination League - kicking-off on Sunday 18th August - are due to be released soon.
