QPR Under-21s travel to Birmingham City on Monday as the new Professional Development League Two season kicks-off next week.
Steve Gallen’s side – play-off finalists at Loftus Road last season
– begin with back-to-back away trips as a trip to the Blues’ training ground is followed by a clash at Cardiff City seven days later.
Meanwhile, the R’s first home game is against Barnsley on Tuesday 2nd September.
The club's Harlington training ground
will play host to all of the Under-21s home games, excluding those versus Millwall (Monday 15th September), Coventry City (Monday 13th October) and Huddersfield Town (Monday 30th March) which will be played at Loftus Road (all 7pm).
The configuration of the league will see two regional divisions in operation again this season.
In addition to playing each club within the allocated regional group on a home and away basis, each club will play against every team in the other division once either on a home or away basis.
Rangers are scheduled to play 27 league games in total – 18 in region, nine out of region – signing off the season at Harlington against Crystal Palace on Monday 13th April.
