HUNDREDS of QPR fans took the opportunity to watch Mark Hughes run the rule over his squad during an Open Training session at Loftus Road on Monday.
Despite our opening day defeat to Swansea City, R's players and fans alike were in fine spirits, as the attention switches quickly towards Saturday's trip to
Carrow Road - the home of Norwich City.
After the official squad photo-call on the pitch, the players were put through their paces for 75 minutes, partaking in a series of short, sharp drills, followed by a two-touch nine-a-side match.
The session concluded with those players who didn't start on Saturday taking part in a series of crossing and shooting drills, whilst those players who did signed autographs for the fans.
R's defender Nedum Onuoha told www.qpr.co.uk: "It was great to see so many fans come down to watch us after Saturday.
"We'll use their support as a spur to kick on now, because we owe it to them and ourselves to banish the memory of Saturday as soon as possible."
