QPR’S OFFICIAL phone-in show ‘London Call-In’ was last night (Thursday 26th October) joined live by former R’s defender Frank McLintock and Sunday’s goal scorer Junior Hoilett.
Hoilett reflected back on that 1-1 draw against Everton last weekend, and also discussed Saturday’s London derby against Arsenal.
The Gunners, of course, are a club very close to McLintock’s heart.
The ex-Rangers man – who spent four seasons with the R’s and was part of the side that qualified for the UEFA Cup after finishing a close second to Liverpool in 1975/76 – made over 400 appearances in total for the Gunners, scoring 32 goals.
Frank spoke about Saturday’s fixture, but also reflected back over his time at Loftus Road.
