R's forward named in French national squad for friendly with Germany...

STRIKER Loic Remy has today been called-up to represent France in an international friendly match against Germany next month.

The Rangers forward, who moved to Loftus Road earlier this month from Marseille, has been selected for his countries national the squad following today’s announcement by head coach Didier Deschamps.

France play Germany at the Stade de France, Paris on Wednesday, 6th February and Remy will link up with his countrymen after Saturday’s match with Norwich City.

Remy, 26, has 17 caps for French national side having scored four goals.
