JAY BOTHROYD has joined Championship side Sheffield Wednesday on loan until January 2nd 2013.
The 30 year-old striker will team up once again with former Cardiff City manager Dave Jones, who is now at the helm at Hillsborough.
Bothroyd joined QPR at the start of last season from the Bluebirds and made 24 appearances in all competitions, scoring twice.
