BRANDON Comley made his debut for Carlisle United in their 3-0 FA Cup Fourth Round defeat against Everton on Sunday.
Midfielder Comley - currently on loan at the League Two outfit - started in midfield for Keith Curle’s side.
He eventually made way after 63 minutes, being replaced by forward Jabo Ibehre.
Meanwhile, Michael Doughty was Man of the Match for Swindon Town in their late 1-0 defeat at home to Barnsley.
Doughty, who extended his loan stay at the County Ground until the end of the season on Saturday, played the full 90 minutes for Town.
And despite Sam Winnall’s 88th minute winner Doughty received the plaudits for his display.
Defender Steven Caulker started his first match for Liverpool in their 0-0 FA Cup Fourth Round draw with West Ham United.
Having previously made three Premier League substitute appearances, Caulker started in defence for the Reds at Anfield.
The 24-year-old now faces the prospect of a replay at Upton Park.
However, Sandro’s moved to West Bromwich Albion didn’t go through in time for him to be involved in the Baggies 2-2 FA Cup draw with Peterborough United.
The Brazilian could make his debut for Albion when they Swansea City in the Premier League on Tuesday evening at the Hawthorns.
In the Sky Bet Championship Ben Gladwin was an unused substitute for Bristol City in their 0-0 draw with Birmingham City on Saturday. The Robins head to Charlton Athletic on Saturday.
Finally, full-back Darnell Furlong helped Cambridge United to a 3-1 win against Leyton Orient on Saturday.
Furlong played the full 90 minutes at Brisbane Road as Shaun Derry’s side picked up a first win in five to move within three points of the League Two play-off spots.
However, Furlong’s under-21s teammate Cole Kpekawa missed the O’s defeat with a foot injury.
