QPR FC CHARITY REQUEST POLICY

Posted on: Tue 20 Mar 2012

As you can imagine, we are inundated with charitable requests on a regular basis and therefore, we have a clear charity strategy in place.

We work closely with a small and select number of charities and focus our time and resources on these partnerships.

We are happy to provide support for your organisation in the following ways …

*On provision of merchandise, we will arrange for your item to be signed by members of the First Team for a nominal fee of £10 (which the Club will donate to QPR in the Community Trust - Registered Charity Number 1127806). You can then use the signed item for fundraising where you can expect to receive a high return.

If you are interested in this option, send your request in writing to: Sarah Holt, QPR FC, South Africa Road, London, W12 7PJ, with the item of merchandise you would like signed, along with a cheque for £10 made payable to 'QPR in the Community Trust.'

*Alternatively, contact our Club Superstore on 020 8749 6862, where you can place an order for your chosen item.

The Superstore will then pass it on to Sarah to arrange signing.

If choosing to order directly with the Superstore, please send your £10 cheque to Sarah under a separate cover.

We will then arrange for your item to be signed and returned to you within 20 working days (during season only - please note, items must be ordered by Saturday 31st March 2012).

On behalf of Queens Park Rangers Football Club, we wish you luck with your charitable endeavours and thank you for your interest in partnering with us.
