FITC SHOW THEIR SUPPORT

Posted on: Wed 18 Jun 2008

On the evening of Saturday 17th May 2008, AGV Youth FC held their annual presentation evening, with the help of QPR In The Community Coach Danny Edwards and Sky Sports Presenter Natalie Sawyer.

Edwards and Sawyer were on hand to give out trophies and cups to the children, in what was a very successful evening.

Speaking to www.qpr.co.uk, Edwards said: "It was a great evening, not only for the children but for myself as well.

"A lot of the team support the R's, which is good to see and the team's kit is also blue and white hoops which is even better."

Debbie Hughes from AGV said: "The presentation night was a great success, and all the teams were all impressed with their trophies that they received on the night.

"It is great to see that QPR get involved with their local teams and we are really grateful for that."

They are currently looking for new players for the coming season. Anyone interested in joining the Club, should contact the Club Secretary, Diane Shipp, on 07901894859.
