Time: 11:00am-3:00pm (Registration 10.30am).
Venue: Linford Christie Stadium, Du Cane Road, London, W12 0DF.
Nearest tube: White City station on the Central line.
Cost: £15 cheque per team made payable to "QPR IN THE COMMUNITY"
Details: 5 a-side with a maximum of 8 players per team. 2 teams can be entered if you have adequate amount of players.
