LOYALTY POINTS SCHEME EXPLAINED

Posted on: Fri 05 Aug 2011

For the 11-12 Premier League campaign, QPR will again rewards fans holding the most Loyalty Points with the best access to away tickets. This will be done by offering exclusive presales based on Loyalty Points for the most high-demand away matches.

Loyalty Points will be awarded as follows:

140 Loyalty Points: Fans who renewed their 10-11 Season Ticket during the Renewal Period (up to 30th June 2011)

120 Loyalty Points: 10-11 Members who purchased their 11-12 Season Ticket during the Members' Presale (5th - 8th July 2011)

100 Loyalty Points: All other fans who purchased a Season Ticket for the 11-12 Season

30 Loyalty Points: Fans who purchase an 11-12 Official QPR Membership (including Season Ticket Holders with the Super Hoop Upgrade)

1-10 Loyalty Points: Fans who purchase tickets for an away match during the 11-12 Season

N.B. As all Loyalty Points are wiped at the end of each season, fans who have a Membership from the 10-11 Season that has not yet expired will no longer have the 30 Loyalty Points they were initially awarded for purchasing the Membership. The Box Office recognises this so will ensure these fans will have access to every away match which goes on presale to fans with 30 points or more until their Membership expires.

Important Terms:

-Loyalty Points are wiped and start at zero each Season

-The number of Loyalty Points awarded for away matches varies depending on the profile of each match

-Loyalty Points are only awarded to fans assigned to tickets at the point of purchase

-Loyalty Points can in no circumstances be reassigned after an away match has taken place

-Presales based on Loyalty Points will offer fans with sufficient Points the opportunity to purchase one ticket on a first come first served basis (with the exception of Disabled, Ambulant and Impaired Vision supporters who will be invited to apply for an additional helper ticket)

-The QPR Box Office reserves the right not to offer a presale for away tickets based on Loyalty Points in situations where they believe the number of tickets offered by the host Club will satisfy demand for all QPR fans

-All tickets are subject to availability
