TRIO TO DEBUT
Danny Nardiello, Chris Barker and John Curtis are all set to feature, when the R's lock horns with Celtic on Sunday.
The trio are all in line to make their QPR debuts, as John Gregory's men lock horns with Gordon Strachan's new-look Bhoys in their maiden friendly fixture of the pre-season campaign at Loftus Road.
Speaking ahead of the tie, Barker told www.qpr.co.uk: "It will be a decent match.
"Pre-season is always a tough time, but fixtures against sides like Celtic make it all the more enjoyable.
"They are sure to bring a few thousand supporters down from North of the border and hopefully our fans will come out in force too - it's got all the makings of a decent fixture.''
The Hoops are set to bring a strong squad down to W12, for what will be their fourth pre-season fixture of the campaign.
New signing Massimo Donati is likely to feature in the heart of the Bhoys midfield, while Dutch ace Jan Venegoor of Hesselink is expected to lead the Hoops front-line.
Donati put pen to paper on a four year deal with Gordon Strachan's men this summer. The midfielder, who cost Italian giants AC Milan £10million when he signed from Atalanta in 2001, joined for a fee believed to be £3million.
He spent last season back on loan to Atalanta, having previously been farmed out to Parma, Torino and Sampdoria.
Venegoor of Hesselink took the Scottish League by storm in his maiden season at Parkhead.
A prolific goalscorer in his native Holland with FC Twente and PSV Eindhoven, the man with the most unusual name in European football was brought to Celtic Park by Strachan in August 2006.
A title-winner and Champions League semi-finalist with PSV, the striker finished Celtic's double-winning season as top scorer with 18 goals, despite being hampered by injury.
The Bhoys have just returned home from a pre-season tour of Switzerland.
Strachan's side got off to the perfect start with a 1-0 victory against Swiss giants FC Basel, but they suffered a minor setback with a heavy 4-1 defeat to fellow Swiss outfit Young Boys.
They are due to play Peterborough United at London Road in their third pre-season fixture of the new campaign on Friday night.
