MOANING ABOUT LOANING

Posted on: Mon 10 Sep 2007

R's boss John Gregory is doing 'everything possible' to add to his current first team squad, but admits the loan market is becoming increasingly frustrating.

Speaking exclusively to www.qpr.co.uk earlier today, the gaffer said: "It's the most difficult month of the year to get players in on loan.

"Clubs are only four or five fixtures into the new campaign and Manager's are still deciding who should be in there first choice line-up's.

"We've tried to bring in one or two over the last few days, but the Manager's at their respective Clubs aren't really that interested in doing business at this stage of the campaign."

Gregory added: "Players are also sometimes reluctant to move Clubs, because they know their Manager's are still chopping and changing.

"We'll continue to plug away to get those targets we've earmarked, but it's not going to be easy."
