Mick Harford is confident his charges can continue their unbeaten run at The Valley on Saturday afternoon.
Fresh from a three match unbeaten sequence, Rangers lock horns with Charlton Athletic in front of the live Sky Sports cameras tomorrow and the R's Caretaker Manager is demanding more of the same from his in-form side.
"We head to Charlton in good spirits," Harford told www.qpr.co.uk.
"We've got five points from our previous three matches and we're in a position now where we can climb out of the drop zone."
Harford continued: "We've got great confidence after our last few performances and results.
"The desire and application has always been there with this squad of players, but now we have the belief."
Despite his confidence, Harford is quick to warn against complacency, against a Charlton side who just five months ago were plying their trade in the top-flight of English football.
"Preston was a tough place to go and Charlton will be the same too. They've got Premiership players and a Premiership set-up," said Harford.
"They've lost their last two league fixtures and will be keen to return to winning ways, but we'll go there nice and positive.
"We had them watched on Tuesday and they were a bit unlucky by all accounts.
"A clean sheet at half-time will be our first target and then we'll see where that takes us."
