Two goals in the final five minutes condemned QPR Reserves to an unlikely defeat against Watford.

Moses Ashikodi and Douglas Rinaldi struck in the 86th and 89th minute respectively, to conclude a thrilling Pontins Holiday's Combination League fixture.

Earlier, Romone Rose opened the scoring in the 13th minute, only for Anthony McNamee to level matters 60 seconds later.

Watford went ahead before the break, when Pat Kanyuka sent Ashikodi tumbling to ground and the same player beat Chris Goodchild from the spot.

But Rangers responded superbly, with a quick-fire brace from Angelo Balanta putting them in control as the clock ticked down.

Undeterred, it was Watford who finished on top, with two goals in quick succession sealing a rather fortuitous comeback.
