Flavio Briatore set the record straight this morning, following recent speculation regarding the future of R's First Team Coach Luigi De Canio.
An article in a Sunday tabloid reported that Gianluca Vialli had been lined up to replace De Canio at the end of the season.
However, in an exclusive interview with www.qpr.co.uk, Briatore refuted such claims, commenting: "It's not even an issue.
"Gigi has a contract with QPR and we intend to honour it - simple as that.
"Gianluca is a friend of mine and he is welcome to come and watch matches whenever he wants, but Gigi is our Manager, end of story.
"We are happy with the job Gigi and his staff are doing and he is very much part of our project."
