Angelo Balanta has joined League Two side Wycombe Wanderers on a two month loan deal.

The 18 year-old striker will remain with the Chairboys until January 14th 2009.

Caretaker Manager, Gareth Ainsworth, told www.qpr.co.uk: "This move will be a valuable part of Angelo's development as a professional footballer.

"Some of the best players in the current England squad, including David Beckham and Rio Ferdinand, were loaned out to lower League sides in the early part of their careers and the positives far out-weigh the negatives.

"It will be greatly beneficial for him to play for a Wycombe side currently flying high at the top of League Two."

Under the terms of the deal, Balanta - who will not be allowed to feature in the FA Cup - can be recalled after 28 days, at 24 hours notice.
