Flavio Briatore sought the advice of Fabio Capello, Luiz Felipe Scolari and Jose Mourinho amongst others, before appointing Paulo Sousa as the R's new First Team Coach.

As Sousa prepares his troops for the R's crucial Championship clash against Watford on Saturday, the QPR Holdings Ltd Chairman revealed how he got his man.

"I spoke to them (Capello, Scolari and Mourinho) all about who would be the best guy for our future," he told www.qpr.co.uk.
