Martin Rowlands has been named in the Football League's Team of the Week following his virtuoso display against Plymouth Argyle on Saturday.

The R's skipper led by example in the heart of the Rangers midfield at Home Park, setting up Heidar Helguson's goal with a stunning assist, as well as having an effort controversially ruled out for offside.
