R's duo Lee Cook and Heidar Helguson have been named in the Football League's Team of the Week following their dazzling displays against Preston North End on Saturday.

Icelandic striker Helguson bagged a brace in the 3-2 victory against the Lilywhites, whilst Cook - playing at the tip of the R's midfield diamond - produced arguably his best performance since his loan switch from Fulham.
