Issue Three of QPR: The Official Magazine goes on sale tomorrow (Saturday) morning - and we've pulled no punches in our bid to get to know the new man at the helm at Loftus Road.

Fresh from being appointed into the QPR managerial hot-seat in early June, we had the privilege of sitting down with Jim Magilton for him to answer questions from you - the fans.

Your e-mails came in in their hoards, and we selected 20 of the best questions from a hatful of your posers to put to the man himself.

Magilton speaks candidly about a number of issues, including the tragic Hillsborough disaster.

"I was there, in the stands. There was a lot of guilt, simply because I was powerless to prevent it from happening," he told QPR: The Official Magazine.

"The game started so well and Forest were playing some great stuff.

"Then you were thinking, for all the wrong reasons, that it was a few lads coming in late, having a few beers, causing a bit of trouble. But then it escalated out of control and when you understood the enormity of it all, you felt an incredible sense of guilt.

"I was just sitting there watching it unfold in front of my eyes. It affected me badly, so god knows how it affected those really involved in the tragedy."

What's more, we've also got two excellent items of Magilton memorabilia to give away in our popular quarterly competitions, as well as an exclusive interview with the man Magilton goes head-to-head with on the opening day of the season, new Blackpool gaffer Ian Holloway.

Also inside Issue Three - available in the QPR Superstore for just £3.99 on Saturday - we speak exclusively to R's fan Ashley Giles about QPR, The Ashes and much, much more, whilst comedian Bill Bailey gives us an insight into how he grew up following the R's.
