SW19 - the home of Wimbledon - had its first taste of football last week, with Lotto sponsored players taking to the courts with personalised QPR sweatshirts.

Top ATP and WTA players such as Robin Soderling, David Ferrer and Juan Carlos Ferrero, along with Francesca Schiavone, Carla Suarez Navarro and many, many more, wore specially-made tracksuit tops for their pre-match warm-ups at the All England Lawn Tennis Club.

The players, who are all sponsored by QPR's technical supplier - Lotto Sport Italia - showed off their true style by donning the attractive and trendy white garment with the classic QPR crest emblazoned on the front.

Lotto's Marketing & Communication Director commented: "Lotto believes this relationship is not only important due to geographical closeness, but also because QPR is made special thanks to its numerous values that make the British grass courts so very special: tradition, competition, prestige and exclusivity.

"Football and tennis are the two sporting disciplines which saw the development of the Lotto brand - for this reason, we are proud to give life to this union, giving the QPR tracksuit tops a special window of opportunity outside the football scene.

"We are sure that the elegance and style that distinguish the QPR products will have won over some Wimbledon hearts and increased the number of its supporters."

QPR's Deputy MD, Ali Russell, added: "This is a great demonstration of our strong partnership with Lotto.

"We are really enjoying our relationship with them and their support is vital."

Queens Park Rangers Football Club wishes all the Lotto Sport Italia players a very successful second week at SW19.
