Kaspars Gorkss and Heidar Helguson were both on Euro 2012 duty on Tuesday evening.

Gorkss captained Latvia against Malta and scored the opener in their 2-0 Group F win in Ta' Qali National Stadium.

Helguson, meanwhile, played 77 minutes for Iceland against Denmark in Copenhagen. The Group H match seemed to be heading for a goalless draw before the Danes grabbed an injury-time winner through Thomas Kahlenberg.
