Ian Holloway will be boosted by the return of key players from injury for the Nottingham Forest game this weekend.
Ollie has struggled to scrape together 16 fit players lately and has been forced to call on the services of untried youth team players.
But he should now be able to welcome back some familiar faces to the starting eleven.
Both Martin Rowlands and Paul Furlong are back in full training and are showing no ill-effects from their time on the sidelines with hamstring trouble.
Should all go well, the two most recent QPR Players of the Year will face Forest on Saturday afternoon.
Marc Bircham is also in line for a return having enjoyed a full session at Twyford Avenue this morning. Again, if he suffers no further setbacks on Friday, Bircham will be available for the weekend.
Elsewhere, Matthew Rose, Gareth Ainsworth and Dean Sturridge are making excellent progress but are unlikely to feature against this season.
The Management team have taken the decision to ease them in to the close season rather than take any risks at the end of a campaign that has nothing left to play for.
Ian Holloway is determined to secure maximum points from Rangers' last two games but is not prepared to take even the slightest risk with three of his most important players.
Meanwhile Nottingham Forest boss Gary Megson has first choice goalkeeper Paul Gerrard available again after suspension and Matthieu Louis-Jean is hoping to return after mssing the victory against Burnley with a calf strain.
Forest need to win to maintain any hopes of avoiding the drop but Ian Holloway has asked Saturday's opponents not to expect any favours.
"We're trying to win as many games as we can this season and we will be thoroughly professional," he said. "We owe it to the rest of the teams in this division and our supporters.
"This is my first season as a manager at this level and although I probably would have taken this position before it started I don't like how dead it now feels.
"Plus, we have lost to Forest twice already this season and I want to make sure it doesn't happen again."
