Martin Rowlands

Paul Jones, Martin Rowlands and Dexter Blackstock all return from injury, as John Gregory's men take on Hull City at Loftus Road.

The new gaffer has the luxury of selecting three of his major players, in what appears to be an orthodox 4-4-2 formation.

Nicky Ward and Mauro Milanese are left out, while Marcus Bignot returns at right back.

Zesh Rehman, Damion Stewart and Matthew Rose complete the back four, while the midfield quartet consists of Lee Cook, skipper Marc Bircham, Stefan Bailey and the returning Rowlands.

Blackstock partners youngster Ray Jones in attack, with the bench consisting of the fit-again Simon Royce, Pat Kanyuka, Ward, Steve Lomas and Shabazz Baidoo.
