Stefan Moore bagged the only goal of the game as QPR Reserves beat Aldershot Town in a friendly at Harlington on Thursday morning.

The former Aston Villa front-man scored midway through the second half, in a match which also marked the return of Martin Rowlands from a calf injury.

Gareth Ainsworth also got some much needed match practice under his belt ahead of the visit of Burnley to Loftus Road on Saturday, as the R's - who also included Shabazz Baidoo and non-contract player Michael Standing - ran out worthy winners.
