After joining QPR from Plymouth Argyle in the summer of 2010, Jamie Mackie arrived at Loftus Road as somewhat of an unknown talent.
However, the industrious attacker is now anything but.
Indeed, a firm fans' favourite among the R's masses, Mackie's contribution to the cause during Rangers' title-winning season cannot be understated.
The 25 year-old started the campaign in spectacular style, finding the net an impressive eight times in seven league starts.
Braces at both Ipswich Town and Leicester City helped the R's on to memorable victories on the road in September.
But Mackie's 95th-minute equaliser at Derby County two weeks earlier will probably live longer in the memory.
After QPR found themselves 2-0 down going into second-half stoppage time, goals from Patrick Agyemang and Mackie ensured there was to be late, late drama at Pride Park.
Mackie's early season form created shockwaves further afield, with Scotland boss Craig Levein handing the attacker his international debut in the Tartan Army's 1-0 defeat in the Czech Republic in October.
He experienced heartbreak in January, when his season came to an abrupt end after suffering a double leg break in the R's Third Round FA Cup defeat at Blackburn Rovers.
Mackie joined Rangers in May 2010 following Plymouth's relegation to League One, where he was a stand-out performer for the Home Park outfit the previous season, notching eight goals in all competitions.
