Rangers swooped to bring Chelsea starlet Scott Sinclair to W12 in the build-up to the R's home fixture against Coventry City on November 6th.
The 18 year-old penned a six-week loan deal up to, and including, Saturday 15th December.
Career
A product of the Bristol Rovers youth academy, Sinclair made his first team debut at the tender age of 15.
Chelsea swooped to bring the talented teenager to Stamford Bridge in July 2005, with a tribunal setting an initial fee of £200,000 between the two Clubs.
In his first campaign with the Blues, Sinclair topped the Clubs youth team goal-scoring ranks, with 15 goals.
Steady progress continued in his second season, where he was the Reserves' leading marksman with seven goals from 11 appearances, plus one from six in the youth side.
Sinclair was called up to the Chelsea first team squad to play Macclesfield in the FA Cup in January 2007, before making his debut against Wycombe Wanderers in the League Cup just four days later.
Plymouth Argyle swooped to secure the services of the England youth international on loan and he repaid them with a series of dazzling displays, most notably in the FA Cup, where he notched a sublime solo goal against Barnet in the fourth round.
His successful spell in Devon saw him make 18 appearances in all competitions, before he returned to Chelsea in May.
A substitutes' appearance against Arsenal followed soon after, before he made his full first team debut against Manchester United at Stamford Bridge.
However, despite a promising home debut, Sinclair suffered a broken metatarsal after a challenge from Wes Brown.
Sinclair returned to the fray in pre-season and was rewarded with a new four-year deal in mid-August.
His first goal in Chelsea colours arrived in Avram Grant's first English Cup tie in charge of the Blues, against Hull City in the Carling Cup.
