QPR Girls Under-18's have won the Surrey County Girls League Cup Final, which was held at Merstham FC on Sunday.
The Girls triumphed 7-1 against a determined Sandhurst team, with goals from Carly Bartlett (3), Chloe Russell (2), Kasha Petit and Aman Khatkar.
Boss Dave Robinson was understandably delighted with the result which capped off his reign as Manager after four fine years at the helm.
Robinson told www.qpr.co.uk: "I couldn't have wished for a better send off.
"The girls were fantastic from the very first whistle and the early goal settled any nerves.
"All our goals were from open play and we looked very dangerous from set-plays, which we work very hard on.
I'll look forward to watching the game again on DVD as it was a great advert for Girls football."
Robinson also praised the support the R's received, commenting: "I was very proud to see so many R's fans out in force and I know the Girls were inspired by each and every one of the supporters who turned up.
"I'm glad we were able to produce a high quality passing game for them and that they all went home happy."
Dale McGinness will now take charge of team affairs next season, after assisting over the last two campaigns.
