Having returned to training following a mid-season break, the Girls' Under 16 squad are looking forward to the second round of competitive fixtures which awaits them, as they aim to further improve their performances.
The R's have played 10 games so far, winning seven, with two draws and just one defeat.
No fewer than 11 outfield players have contributed to the impressive goal tally of 41 scored in all competitions.
At the opposite end, a solid defence has only conceded 13 goals.
The team currently occupy third position in the Home Counties Girls League Division One.
Speaking to www.qpr.co.uk, Manager Steve Quashie said:
"The emphasis this season has been on us playing to our strengths, and we encourage the players to play quick and unpredictable, attacking play.
"We always aim to develop the player's individual technique and their tactical understanding, however at this stage of their careers we focus a little more on the psychological aspects of the game."
Coach Brendan Rossiter added: "The girls are intelligent footballers and they adapt well whenever we change formations and strategies.
"It is our motto to do Rangers proud when wearing Lotto."
