QPR Ladies marked their return to the FA Women's Premier League with a well deserved victory on Sunday.

Seun Odeniyi bagged the only goal of the game against Charlton Athletic, as Martino Chevannes' side got their season underway in style.

Chevannes was is joyful mood at full-time, commenting: "We thoroughly deserved the win.

"On another day, the final scoreline could have - and should have - been far greater.

"All in all, I am extremely pleased with the way that we played. It was a good all round team performance and I could not have asked for anything more from them all."
