SEASON TICKET RULES & REGULATIONS
The following conditions of issue are applicable to all Season Ticket Holders.
To avoid any possible misunderstanding or disappointment you are asked to note the following:
1. The ticket is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of FIFA, UEFA, The Football Association, The F.A. Premier League and The Football League in respect of the relevant competition and Queens Park Rangers Ground Regulations.
2. Instead of a Season Ticket booklet with vouchers that had to be presented for each match, you now have a convenient size card with a unique bar code printed on it. The season ticket card is not transferable and will be forfeited if used by any person other than the original purchaser.
3. The season card must be produced at each match upon entry. It will admit the holder to all Home League and Reserve Team fixtures played at Loftus Road during the 2009/2010 Season. Please hold your card ready to show to the turnstile operator with the bar code facing up and towards to operator. They will have a hand held scanner to read and authenticate the bar code on your card.
4. Please note, if you fail to bring your Season Card to a game you will be required to purchase a match day ticket for that area at the Main Ticket Office in South Africa Road. If you produce your card and match ticket at the Ticket Office within one month of the fixture you will receive a full refund. No refund will be given if purchased from a match day kiosk.
5. Each Season Card admits the Holder only. Children of whatever age will be refused admission without a valid ticket.
6. After the season commences the Club accepts no responsibility concerning missing, lost or damaged Cards. In the case of permanent loss or damage a duplicate Card will be charged at £50.00. Under no circumstances will a duplicate Card be issued on match days.
7. The Season Card must be held by the Season Ticket Holder throughout the match and must be produced on demand at any time.
8. The use of the Season Card to enter the ground constitutes acceptance of these rules and regulations and the Ground Regulations and Queens Park Rangers Football Club reserves the right to eject from the ground, any person who fails to comply with such Rules and Regulations.
9. Season Ticket Holders will be given priority in the allocation of tickets for Away League Matches, Cup-Ties and Play Off matches where limited tickets are available for advance purchase. No guarantee can be given nor will it always be possible to accept postal, telephone or internet applications in respect of such matches.
10. Season Ticket Holders are reminded that the dates of fixtures are subject to alteration during the Season from those announced at the beginning of the season and that no refunds will be given if games are not attended.
11. If you change your address during the season please contact the Box Office to enable the Club to keep its records up to date.
