POLISH international Ariel Borysiuk arrives at Loftus Road ahead of a key stage in his professional career.
At the age of 24, the midfielder is arguably entering his peak years and will be keen to impress for Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink's side.
Borysiuk joins the club having already gained plenty of experience around Europe, during spells in his homeland Poland, as well as Russia and Germany.
He started his career with Polish giants Legia Warsaw before moving to German club FC Kaiserslautern in 2012.
After a loan spell to Russian club Volga Nizhny Novgorod, he then completed a move to Lechia Gdansk, where his performances reignited interest from Legia.
He returned there in January 2016, making 13 appearances, 11 as a starter.
Now the Polish international, who has been capped over ten times by his country, is hoping to demonstrate his potential in the Championship.
