GRANT Hall arrives at Loftus Road from Tottenham Hotspur, but it was with home-town team Brighton & Hove Albion that he made his professional debut.
Born in Brighton, Hall joined the Seagulls as a scholar in October 2009.
He made his debut - and only appearance - for Brighton against Southampton in January 2012, before joining Spurs later that summer.
He captained the Lilywhites' Under-21 team in the latter stages of the 2012/13 campaign, and wore the armband in the Barclays Under-21 Premier League play-off final at Old Trafford. He made 19 appearances in that competition during that campaign.
Last season he spent valuable time on loan in the Championship with Birmingham City and Blackpool.
The centre-half made nine appearances for Birmingham in the opening months of the campaign, before linking up with the Seasiders and playing a further 12 matches, scoring his side's goal in a 1-1 draw at Blackburn Rovers.
He previously impressed in a loan spell at League One Swindon Town in 2013/14, making 34 appearances for the Robins, including 27 starts.
