With more features than ever including the new interactive seating system for home matches, buying online has never been easier.
Once you have registered and logged in, the site will recognise whether you are a Member or Season ticket Holder and automatically give you access to match pre-sales and any discounts you are entitled to.

If you choose ticketFast as the method of delivery, you should receive the tickets via e-mail in the form of a PDF attachment within 24 hours of booking. To resend your Ticketfast tickets, please complete the following instructions:
Log in to your online e-ticketing account and select your name in the top right hand corner. On the right hand side, please select "Account History" where you will find a list of your transactions made. When you select your purchase, underneath you will find the "Resend" option which will deliver your Ticketfast tickets within 24 hours.
If you choose to receive your tickets through the post, they should arrive with you no later than two working days prior to matchday.
Tickets purchased within two working days of a fixture will be made available to collect from the Matchday Tickets for Collection point, which is located between the QPR Box Office and the Club Superstore on South Africa Road. We advise supporters to arrive early as the collection point can become very busy on matchdays. If booked after 3pm three working days before the event ickets will be held for collection at Loftus Road. Please note, photographic ID is required when collecting tickets from Loftus Road. In failure to show ID, supporters will not be gained access to the stadium.
If you choose to add access to Membership cards as the method of delivery for tickets to home matches, please note that only one match ticket will be placed on the card of each member you assigned during the booking process.
All other tickets will be dispatched to you via post if purchased more than two working days prior to matchday, or will be made available to collect from the Matchday Tickets for Collection point if purchased within two working days of the fixture.

Please send all postal applications to the following address: QPR Box Office, Loftus Road Stadium, South Africa Road, London, W12 7PJ. You should clearly state your Client Reference Number and enclose a cheque made payable to QPR Holdings Ltd, as well as a stamped addressed envelope.
The QPR Box Office at Loftus Road Stadium is open Monday to Friday (10am-5pm), Saturday non-matchdays (9am-12noon) and matchdays (9am-kick-off). We strongly advise all supporters to buy their tickets in advance to avoid disappointment. However, should tickets be available on the day of the match both Credit/Debit cards as well as cash payments are accepted. Please note that for certain high-profile matches, tickets may not be available over the counter. In such circumstances, this will be clearly advertised in the on-sale information.
HOW NOT TO BUY: QPR AGAINST TOUTS
The Box Office would like to remind fans of our strict policy regarding the unauthorised resale (or 'touting') of tickets to QPR matches.
Not only is the practice a criminal offence under UK law, but our experience shows that tickets purchased for inflated prices from unauthorised individuals or agencies are often forgeries or invalid.
If any supporters suspect tickets being resold without the express permission of the Club, we ask them to send details of sale to firstname.lastname@example.org
where the matter will be investigated.
Supporters are reminded of the terms and conditions associated with both Season Tickets and match tickets, which clearly state that tickets are not transferable unless permission is given by the Club.
Any client found reselling their tickets above face value without express permission from the QPR Box Office will face sanctions from the Club and tickets offered for resale will be invalidated without a refund being offered.
