Jardel’s treble seals U18 win

JARDEL Francis-Adeyinka hit a hat-trick as QPR Under-18’s beat Crewe Alexandra 3-2 on Saturday morning.

The young R’s registered their first victory of the Under-18 Professional Development League Two South season, with Francis-Adeyinka’s winner arriving four minutes from time.
Earlier, Rangers trailed on the quarter hour mark.

Soon after Francis-Adeyinka missed a 22nd minute penalty, but he made amends, scoring for the first time on 36 minutes.

However, the parity didn’t last long, as Crewe re-took the lead just two minutes later, to head into the break 2-1 up.

Undeterred, Rangers were back on terms four minutes into the second period, as Francis-Adeyinka made it 2-2.

The comeback was complete on 86 minutes, when Francis-Adeyinka struck with his third goal of the afternoon, to seal a remarkable late victory.
