QPR U18s came from behind on Saturday morning to beat Coventry City and secure their first victory since August.
Paul Furlong’s side have found it tough in Professional Development League 2 South so far this season and they fell behind at the weekend when Jonathan Ngandu converted an early penalty for the Sky Blues.
But Rangers, to their credit, were undeterred and they levelled on 34 minutes when Arkell Jude-Boyd struck the equaliser.
The teams headed in all-square at the break but less than a minute into the second period Alex Aoraha put the R’s in front. Ten minutes later, Hamzad Kargbo made it three and QPR held on to record their second three-point haul of the season.
Next up for Furlong’s side is a home clash against Ipswich Town on Saturday 16th November.
