QPR U18s made it seven points from their last three matches in Professional Development League 2 South by winning away at Ipswich Town on Saturday.
The R’s made a fast start in Suffolk and took the lead after six minutes when top scorer Hamzad Kargbo found the net.
The Tractor boys levelled six minutes before half time when Michael Bareck converted a penalty but two minutes after the break Kargbo’s second goal of the game had Rangers back in front.
Tawanda Chirewa drew the hosts level again on 53 minutes and the match looked set to be heading for a draw until Dillon De Silva popped up with the winner in the closing stages.
Paul Furlong’s R’s have now beaten Ipswich and Coventry City in 2020 and they will hope to continue their good form when they face Millwall at the weekend.
