QPR UNDER-23S suffered a single-goal defeat at Sheffield United on Monday.

In a game of few clear-cut chances, a first-half goal from Blades midfielder Reece York was was all that separated the sides in the Steel City.

York struck four minutes before half-time with what proved the match-winner.

Meanwhile, Olamide Shodipo - who made his long-awaited return from injury for the First Team last month - played just over an hour.
