QPR Under-23s suffered a 6-1 friendly defeat at West Bromwich Albion on Tuesday afternoon.

Paul Hall’s youngsters faced the Baggies at the Midlands outfit training ground in a pre-season warm-up fixture.

WBA took the lead after four minutes before the hosts doubled their advantage four minutes later.

West Brom finished the first half 4-0 up with goals in the 16th and 40th minutes.

After the break, the home side went further in front with goals in the 65th and 76th minutes to hand them a 6-0 lead.

Rangers did pull a goal back in the 81st minute courtesy of trialist striker Jordy Mongoy.
