All QPR players and staff return negative tests

QPR can confirm all their players and staff have returned negative coronavirus tests.

Ahead of the resumption of training on Monday – which will be non-contact - all relevant individuals were tested on Friday at the club’s Harlington training ground.

R’s boss Mark Warburton said: “I am really pleased to say that every player and staff member tested is clear.

“That’s very good news and very reassuring.

“I want to highlight the work that has been done by our Head of Medical Services Dr Imtiaz Ahmad and his team, as well as my PA Caroline Shea, who have put a lot of work into the organisational side to make sure everything flowed very smoothly.

“These are good results which means we start off in a good place.”
