QPR will kick off their 2022/23 Sky Bet Championship campaign by visiting Blackburn Rovers.
Michael Beale’s first competitive game in charge will see the R’s travel to Ewood Park on the opening weekend of the season, commencing Saturday 30th July 2022. The fixture will also be Jon Dahl Tomasson’s debut in the home dugout.
Rangers’ first home clash of the campaign is against Middlesbrough, a week later on Saturday 6th August.
In terms of local ties, the R’s will first travel to Watford on Saturday 27th August, with the return date set for March 11th 2023.
Our only London derby of the season is against Millwall, with fixtures on September 14th (away) and February 11th (home).
The Championship campaign will of course pause on November 12th – with Rangers in action at Coventry City that day – owing to the World Cup taking place in Qatar.
The R’s will return to action on December 10th, hosting Burnley in W12, before fixtures against Preston North End (away, December 17th), Cardiff City (away, Boxing Day, December 26th) and Luton Town (home, December 29th).
Rangers will kick off 2023 with a New Year’s Day home clash versus Sheffield United.
Easter will see us come up against Preston at Loftus Road on Good Friday, 7th April, before travelling to West Bromwich Albion on Monday 10th April.
The regular season will conclude with a home fixture against Bristol City on Saturday 6th May.
