BRANDON Comley has signed a one-year extension at Loftus Road, keeping him at the club until the summer of 2018.
The 21 year-old spent the majority of last season on loan at League Two side Grimsby Town, having previously enjoyed a short spell with Carlisle United in 2016.
Comley told www.qpr.co.uk: “This gives me another opportunity to try and impress the manager.
“It was really beneficial last season going out on loan and playing a lot of first team football against men. People’s mortgages were at stake, jobs on the line, it was real football.
“I’m pushing now to get fit and hopefully when the team get back I can be involved with them.”
The tough-tackling midfielder has been at QPR since the age of nine.
