ILIAS Chair has won both QPR’s Player of the Month and Goal of the Month awards for September.
The R’s number 10 – who is currently on international duty with Morocco – was the runaway winner in both fields following a standout second month of the season.
Chair played a pivotal part in a month which saw Rangers score 13 goals, with the Moroccan having a direct hand in three of them.
Following an assist for Charlie Austin’s second goal in our Carabao Cup thriller with Everton, Chair ended the month by bagging a brace in the 2-0 win over Birmingham City.
Chair fought off competition from team-mates Yoann Barbet, Sam McCallum and Chris Willock in the Player of the Month running as supporters voted in their thousands online.
Meanwhile, the 23-year-old also came top in our Goal of the Month poll for his second of two goals against Birmingham.
