Hoops: Comeback kid Cousins stars

HOT on the heels of Saturday’s excellent home Sky Bet Championship success over high-flying Wolves, the R’s are back in W12 for the second time in four days tonight (Tuesday).

As is Hoops – the official matchday programme of QPR – for our latest league encounter against table-topping Sheffield United at Loftus Road.

After recently returning from a 10-month injury layoff, Jordan Cousins is the subject of our feature player interview in Issue 11 for 2017/18.

Throughout the campaign, Hoops is paying tribute to our #LoftusRoad100 celebrations – commemorating 100 years since QPR’s first match at our famous home in 1917.

This week, we also hear from R’s boss Ian Holloway and former midfield enforcer Shaun Derry – who played for both Rangers and the Blades.

Elsewhere, Joe Lumley stars in our new ‘Home & Away’ feature, Paul Jenkins – aka @QPR_Stats – poses his latest ‘Half-Time Teaser’, and there’s columns, too, from Aidan Magee (Sky Sports), Clive Whittingham (Loft for Words) and Sharon Smith (Irish R’s).

Fun and games for younger R’s comes in the shape of a four-page, Halloween-themed ‘Junior Hoops’, and we also get the lowdown on Chris Wilder’s Sheffield United side in a detailed visitors’ section.

For all that and much more, pick up a copy of Hoops tonight – available to purchase in and around Loftus Road for £3 on matchdays.
