IN ADDITION to Rangers’ Sky Bet Championship fixture against Sunderland tomorrow, Loftus Road is also hosting #QPRCommunityDay on Saturday.
So Hoops – the club’s official matchday programme – is helping to fundraise for QPR in the Community Trust.
The now-annual Community Day is designed to champion our charitable arm as well as those who serve to make a difference for the people of west London.
For this weekend only, the programme cover price is a revised £3.50 – with the extra 50p from each copy sold going directly to QPR’s Community Trust.
As usual, there’s lots of reading in Issue 23 of Hoops for the season, too, including a feature interview with Massimo Luongo – who scored late on in our midweek draw with Derby County in W12.

We also hear from R’s boss Ian Holloway and skipper Nedum Onuoha, while there’s a tribute to former QPR and Sunderland midfielder Liam Miller, who sadly lost his brave battle with pancreatic cancer in February – aged only 36.
Elsewhere, Josh Scowen stars in our ‘Home & Away’ feature, Paul Jenkins – aka @QPR_Stats – poses his latest ‘Half-Time Teaser’, and there are columns, too, from Aidan Magee (Sky Sports), Clive Whittingham (Loft for Words) and Sharon Smith (Irish R’s).
Fun and games for younger R’s come in the shape of a four-page ‘Junior Hoops’, and we get the lowdown on Chris Coleman’s Black Cats in a detailed visitors’ section.
For all that and more, pick up a copy of Hoops tomorrow – available to purchase in and around Loftus Road on matchdays.
Enjoy the read – and thanks in advance for your support for QPR in the Community Trust!
