Hoops: Smyth stars for Dons date

QPR are set to get their FA Cup campaign underway for the season tomorrow (Saturday).

And we’ve words from dream debut maker Paul Smyth in our latest matchday programme, Issue 17 for 2017/18, with Milton Keynes Dons our visitors to Loftus Road in round three of the competition.

In addition to a feature interview with 20-year-old Smyth – who scored the winning goal in our 2-1 home comeback triumph over Cardiff City on New Year’s Day – there’s also a giant, double-sided pull-out poster in this weekend’s Hoops.

A Junior Hoops activity sheet sits on one side, and on the other is this season’s team picture for collectors and younger fans alike.

Elsewhere, we also hear from Rangers boss Ian Holloway, former striker Richard Pacquette – who played for both QPR and MK Dons – is the subject of our ‘Split Loyalties’ feature, Paul Jenkins – aka @QPR_Stats – poses another ‘Half-Time Teaser’, and Clive Whittingham (Loft for Words) shares his latest thoughts.

Visitors MK Dons are profiled in detail, too.

For all that and much more, pick up a copy of Hoops tomorrow – available to purchase in and around Loftus Road for £3 on matchdays.
